Both our properties have air conditioning and high quality furniture. The one bed apartment is very conveniently located in the central area of Los Boliches very close to the beach, railway station and many bars and restaurants.
The two bed apartment has a balcony with mountain views and is within a community complex that has a large swimming pool and Jacuzzi for our clients to enjoy.It is a little further away but still within a five minute walk to the beach and centre of Los Boliches.
This apartment is located very close to the beach and railway station in Los Boliches. This first floor spacious one bedroom apartment sleeps up to 4 people. It has been renovated by ourselves to the highest standards. The apartment is fully air conditioned and is approx 60m2. (Please note there is no swimming pool)
The large bedroom has a King size double bed and an en-suite shower, toilet and wash basin. The lounge has two high quality sofas, one of them converts to a very comfy leather sofa bed. There is a flat screen TV connected to cable TV which shows virtually all the UK freeview channels plus many of the sky channels including some sports and movies channels. There is a DVD player connected to the TV and some DVD movies, there is also a CD player and radio.
The other side of the lounge has a large table and chairs for dining. The American style kitchen is within the lounge and is fully equipped with built in appliances, including a microwave, cooker, gas hob, a washing machine and a fridge freezer and a dishwasher.
The apartment is on the first floor (no lift) and there is a small balcony to sit on or dry washing.
This luxury two bed apartment with pool is almost 70m2 and one of the largest in the complex. It is fully air conditioned and is located just a few minutes walk from the beach and center of Los Boliches. It sleeps 4 people and there is the possibility of sleeping an extra child. This 2nd floor apartment has a balcony complete with mountain views and a table and chairs for outside dining. There is a very large swimming pool and Jacuzzi in the community area of the Mediterraneo complex.
The lounge has two sofas seating 5 people, plus a coffee table in the centre. The other side of the lounge has a table and chairs for dining. There is a flat screen TV connected to cable TV which shows virtually all the UK freeview channels plus many of the sky channels including some sports and movies channels. There is a DVD player connected to the TV and some DVD movies, there is also a CD player and radio. The open plan kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave combi, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle etc.
The main bedroom has built in wardrobes a King size double bed and a music system. It has an en suite bathroom with a bath / Shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet, this also has a music system. The Second bedroom has twin beds, built in wardrobes and a music system. There is a large bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and music system.

Los Boliches is situated about 20 minutes by car or taxi or 40 minutes by train from Malaga airport. The holiday rental apartment is a 5 minute walk from Los Boliches train station. Los Boliches is situated within Fuengirola which in turn is situated between Malaga and Marbella.
Fuengirola stretches throughout 8 kilometres of coast, with beautiful blue flag beaches. Thanks to its excellent climate and the hospitality of its people, it's a favourite tourist destination. Fuengirola and Los Boliches, originally two separate fishing villages, are now connected but still retain their own character.
Los Boliches is the quieter of the two and has a more village like atmosphere with small family-owned businesses and quiet residential areas. There are numerous bars and restaurants to choose from catering to all tastes. If you're looking for the authentic Spanish experience there are numerous Cafes, Tapas bars and Chiringuitos (beach bars) to choose from or if Fish n Chips, Full English Breakfast and a pint describe the perfect holiday for you then also not a problem!.
Also within easy reach of Los Boliches is the livelier nightlife of Fuengirola centre or the Marina at Benalmadena. There are regular markets, a castle, a zoo, a fantastic Paseo Maritimo (promenade) to stroll along, a water park and plenty of other places to explore, this is made all the easier by being on a flat terrain. Los Boliches is a favourite base for the golfers, we can arrange car hire for you.
